On the banks of the Fontvieille harbor in Monaco, the renovation of the common areas on the seven floors of the occupied Michelangelo building saw the installation of Bolon-type resilient flooring complemented by Emperador Gold marble baseboards. Wood paneling was added to all apartments’ entrance doors, along with decorative arches. To complete the project, the utility closets and interior doors were replaced, and all the paintwork was done.
